For my Public Art I would like to offer the public a photo booth as a means of sharing their feelings about Austin...but instead of taking pictures it records a 30 second video clip that is played on a TV on the outside of the booth. All of the 30 second video clips run in a loop so people walking by can hear what others would like to change or keep about Austin. This photo booth will run on solar energy so that it is not only mobile, but there will be no expense to any of the locations I plan to put it. The photo booth will start at City Hall then move all around Austin to Whole Foods, UT campus, St. Ed's, the drag, East Austin, in front of Austin City Limits at the W and keep going as long as the people keep jumping into the booth.
